Joining the Group is easy!  Once approved, you’re welcome to post questions, concerns and observations on the state of training and trainer development.  

A number of our moderators and members are (or have been) deeply connected to current Army small arms training and qualification doctrine, having been either directly involved in writing/developing it, or worked in an advisory capacity or working groups towards its current state.  If you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.
